Counselling sessions for individuals last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly, or fortnightly basis.

Initial assessment appointments can last up to 45 minutes.

Fees

Initial assessment appointment (£60 for up to 50 minutes) A non-refundable payment is required, payable in advance via bank transfer, invoiced 48hrs before the session to secure the booking

• Individual daytime sessions - £60 (9am - 5pm)

• Evening sessions - £65 (starting from 5pm)

• For private health insurance you may need an authorisation code prior to booking any appointment.

Concessions offered for students and trainee counsellors.

Cash or bank transfer accepted - Payable at the end of each face-to-face session.
